Director of Lewes Clinic and Physical Therapist
Sara is a physical therapist and Director of our clinic at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Lewes, DE. Sara attended the Shenandoah University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology. As a Division III basketball player for the University, Sara has extensive personal and professional experience in sports rehabilitation. Sara earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University as well in 2017.
Sara recently relocated to Lewes from Northern Virginia where she practiced in the outpatient setting. She is passionate about helping those requiring assistance in orthopaedic, sport- specific and pelvic health rehabilitation. She also treats headaches and post-operative total joint care. During her time in Virginia, she completed an 11-month Orthopedic Residency program. Sara is certified in Dry Needling and pursuing certifications in pelvic health and orthopaedic certified specialist (OCS).
Outside of the clinic, Sara likes to spend her free time staying active, including paddle boarding and weightlifting as well as spending time with her husband and two boys, Marshall and Cole, at the beach or pool.
