To Friends of Premier:

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the loss of our colleague and friend Terri Schall.  Terri's life was taken in a tragic accident on the evening of July 20, 2010 while out walking her dog.

Terri was the Athletic Trainer for Middletown High School for the past several years.  She cared for the MHS athletes with a passion matched by none.  She was a great asset to the Middletown medical and athletic communities and will be greatly missed by all in the Middletown community.

She is survived by her husband and two young children.  Please keep her family in prayer as they mourn their loss.
