Kristi Oldaker, PT, DPT, CSCS

Staff Physical Therapist

Kristi Oldaker is a Staff Physical Therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from AI DuPont high school. Kristi became state champion in the 400-meter dash in 2006, earning a track and field scholarship to attend the University of Delaware. There she led her team to achieve All Colonial Conference and All East Conference in the four years she attended. Her senior year, as the women’s track and field captain, she and her team became CAA champions in the 4×400-meter relay. In 2011 Kristi graduated from UD earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Behavior Sciences. She went on to achieve her strength and conditioning certification in 2013 while working with the University of Delaware’s football team, softball team, and women’s lacrosse, prior to pursuing her career in physical therapy.

Kristi attended Delaware Technical Community College earning a seat in their Physical Therapy Assistant program. While attending Delaware Tech, Kristi earned the First State Orthopaedics Award In recognition of clinical excellence presented by Dr. Axe.

Kristi decided to further her Physical Therapy career by attending Neumann University’s Doctor of Physical therapy program while working as a PTA with Premier Physical Therapy. Kristi graduated in May of 2021 earning her Doctorate in Physical therapy and achieved a spot as a member of the ACAPT Honor society.

Kristi is excited to begin her career as a Physical Therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She genuinely enjoys working with athletic and orthopedic injuries and is excited to grow as a clinician with help from her colleagues. Kristi currently lives in Newark with her husband Chad, and their dog Chase. She still enjoys playing recreational flag football with her friends, visiting her extended family in West Virginia, and hanging out with her family and their dog Mr. Chase.
