Nicole Tadler, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Nicole Tadler is the most recent graduate from ABPTRFE credentialed Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Middletown, DE.

Nicole attended the University of Delaware, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a minor in Strength and Conditioning, and at Rutgers University-Newark (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, completed in 2015.

Nicole has been participating in the sports community since a young age. She attended Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, NJ where she was a three sport varsity athlete in volleyball, basketball and lacrosse. She continued her athletic career at the University of Delaware by competing with the University of Delaware Sailing team in the Mid-Atlantic International Sailing Association (MAISA) conference against top 25 varsity teams such as Washington College, Army and Navy. She received her minor in strength and conditioning and interned as a strength and conditioning coach at Tatnall High School in Greenville, DE. She continued her interest in sports through graduate school. While attending Rutgers University she completed a 12 week clinical rotation at the Hale Center at Rutgers University. Here she worked closely with their D1 athletes for football, lacrosse, soccer, swimming, tennis and track and field. She worked closely with Rutgers’s only PT, ATC to provide care both on and off the field.

Nicole is excited to become a part of the Middletown community and working with the area athletes. In her free time, Nicole enjoys running half marathons, sailing, spending summers down the shore with her family, and playing intermural volleyball. She also coaches Tribe Lacrosse girls traveling team in the summers.
