Staff Physical Therapist
Kaitlin Emrey is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and minored in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Delaware, achieving magna cum laude honors. Kaitlin earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 also at the University of Delaware which is currently ranked first in the nation by U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Graduate Schools." Kaitlin is currently pursuing certification in functional dry needling level 1. She also acts as a liaison for Cape Henlopen high school athletes that may need physical therapy to facilitate a timely return to sport.
Kaitlin is a Delaware native, primarily growing up in Bear, where she went to Appoquinimink High School and graduated in 2013. She played field hockey and lacrosse during her time at Appo. Kaitlin is now residing in Lewes, Delaware with her husband and dog. Kaitlin continues her love for exercise by doing yoga, weight training, biking, and walking with her dog. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, reading, watching sports, traveling to new destinations, and surf fishing at the Delaware state park beaches. Go Birds!
