Front Office Assistant
JoAnn is a native Delawarean and graduate of St. Mark’s High School. She was born and raised in New Castle County but moved south to Clayton in 2022 to be closer to her youngest daughter and family. JoAnn brings a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills to our Premier team from her previous experience working in banking and as a Delaware State Police dispatcher. She has worn several hats since she started at Premier working originally as a front office assistant in our Wilmington office before joining the administrative team and now returning to her roots as front office assistant in Smyrna.
As the proud Nana of 8 grandchildren, family and community are very important to JoAnn. She enjoys photography, traveling to visit her oldest daughter’s family as they move around the country on military assignments, and relaxing at her beach house and visiting Walt Disney World with her family.
