Jason Eliowitz, PT, DPT, CSCS

Staff Physical Therapist

Jason Eliowitz, PT, DPT, CSCS holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Boston University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. He has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2010, most recently in NJ, where he served as a regional director.

Jason is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has had the opportunity to work heavily with athletes ranging from the recreational to professional levels across numerous sports. He has extensive experience working with collegiate football players preparing for the NFL Combine and subsequent draft as well as with current NFL, MLB, Olympic, and MLS athletes. Jason is trained in the use of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and is a Level I Certified Dry Needling Practitioner. He embraces the idea of the regional interdependence theory, that is, an injury in one area of the body may actually be the result of dysfunction in an adjacent or nearby region, and he feels this approach results in a comprehensive rehabilitation experience.

Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Brianna and dog Brody and has recently relocated to the Lewes area. He participates in recreational strength training himself and is looking forward to living closer to the beach to hone his surfing skills. Jason is excited to bring his experience, knowledge, and passion to Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance.
