Jade Lilly is a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Lewes Delaware. She earned an Associate in Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Delaware Technical and Community College in 2019. Jade was awarded the Outstanding Student Award for the Physical Therapist Assistant program and was the Vice President and Secretary of the Physical Therapist Assistant Club for her 2019 graduating class. While in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program, she completed clinical affiliations at a skilled nursing facility, multiple schools (grade school to college), and an outpatient clinic. Jade is currently working towards her Bachelors Degree in Health Science at Wilmington University and is interested to become lymphedema certified in the future. Jade is excited to be apart of Premier for her first post graduate job.
Jade lives in Milford and graduated from Milford High School in 2015. In the past she has participated in multiple sports such as, softball, cross country, track and field, field hockey, basketball, swimming, volleyball, and boys’ lacrosse. Jade has also participated in beauty pageants, representing Delaware twice at the National American Teenager Pageant where she was awarded 1st runner up in 2013 and 4th runner up in 2014. She also had a small modeling career when she was in high school. In her free time, she enjoys laying on the beach, kayaking, hiking, bike riding, and swimming.
