Physical Therapist
Connor Lingo is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance and Director of the Bear Clinic. As a native Delawarean originally from Milford, Connor has enjoyed working in 4 different Premier locations (Lewes, Cape, Bear, and Kirkwood) and has been able to help individuals in these communities get back to doing what they love. Now he has planted roots in the Bear/Newark community and is excited to continue giving high quality and personalized care here.
Connor holds a Bachelor's, Master's of Science in anatomy and clinical health science, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree all from the University of Delaware whose graduate school of physical therapy was ranked first in the nation by U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Graduate Schools" when he attended and is still one of the top schools today.
From athletes of all ages to post operative care to vestibular dysfunction, Connor enjoys working with a wide range of patients and is passionate about making people feel and move better. In his free time he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, rock climbing, and hanging out with his wife, Rachel, and 2 cats, Sunny and Luna.
