Staff Physical Therapist
Clare Estes is a Staff Physical Therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. She grew up in North East, MD, but attended and graduated from high school at St. Mark’s High School in Wilmington, DE. Clare enjoyed being a part of the women’s lacrosse and field hockey teams at St. Mark’s. She then attended the University of Delaware and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Disability Studies. She continued her involvement in lacrosse on the UD women’s club lacrosse team. Clare went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, where she fell in love with the field of rehabilitation, in particular, outpatient orthopedics. Clare believes one of the most important parts of being a physical therapist is effective communication. Taking time to listen and hear what her patients have to say is a non-negotiable part of her treatment style.
Clare currently lives in Wilmington. In her free time, she likes to play pickleball, paint, and especially loves enjoying the company of her friends and family. She is excited to meet her new patients, and to help them achieve their goals!
