Middletown High School
Tyesha Alston currently serves as a certified athletic trainer at Middletown High School. Tyesha obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology in 2022 from Delaware State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Athletic Training in 2024 from the University of Delaware. She has gained numerous experiences through clinical rotations with UD Football, UD Softball, UD Track & Field, and Wilmington University sports that include Men’s and Women’s Soccer and much more.
In addition, Tyesha completed a six-week NFL Summer Internship with the New York Jets in 2023, where she extended her learning about sports medicine and sports performance at the highest level and built lifelong professional networking connections.
Tyesha graduated from Christiana High School in 2018. She was a multi-sport athlete (soccer, volleyball, track & field, and competitive cheer). Fun Fact: Tyesha is a 2x state champion for competitive cheer. Outside of athletic training, Tyesha enjoys doing hair, going to the gym, and spending time with friends, family, and my dog Poncho.
