Staff Physical Therapist Assistant
Shawn is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Premier Physical Therapy at Milford and Frederica locations. As a Milford native, Shawn really enjoys giving back to the community that raised him by promoting health, wellness and physical therapy!
Shawn graduated from Milford High School in 2016 as Male Athlete of the Year earning All-conference and All state honors in multiple sports. He then went on to play a season of Division lll football at Salisbury University before focusing on his education. After transferring back in state, Shawn ultimately settled at Delaware Technical and Community College where he served as the Vice President of his PTA program and graduated with an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Shawn has always enjoyed helping people. As a physical therapy patient at 13, Shawn learned first-hand about a career path he could pursue to drive his passion of helping people while promoting good health. He enjoys encouraging his patients and showing them what they are capable of!
Shawn and his wife enjoy cooking, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. As of their marriage in June 2022, they had already spent half their lives together after dating for 12 years! Shawn looks forward to furthering his knowledge of the field and making great connections with his patients!
