Josh Weber, PT, DPT, OCS

Director of Dover Clinic and Physical Therapist

Josh Weber is a staff physical therapist at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Dover, DE. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Susquehanna University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Delaware Physical Therapy Association, and the American Physical Therapy Association’s Orthopedic section.

During his graduate studies at Thomas Jefferson University, Josh was a member and treasurer of the Physical Therapy Society, a group that aimed to assist physical therapy students attending local and national conferences and other professional development opportunities. During his own pursuits, Josh co-authored and published “High Intensity Interval Training in Healthy Adults: A Systematic Review of the Literature.” This peer-reviewed abstract was also presented at the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association Southeast District Mini Combined Sections Meeting in 2013 in Philadelphia, PA.

Josh is excited to begin his career with Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance and explore future career options including clinical specializations and becoming a certified clinical instructor. Josh’s interest in sports and orthopedic physical therapy is driven by his passion for athletics. He played collegiate baseball at Susquehanna University and still continues to pursue his baseball and athletic interests in his free time.

Josh is originally from South Jersey but recently moved to the Dover area. He is eager to serve the new community he now calls home. He enjoys staying active, spending time with family, friends, and his high school sweetheart, and cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies.
